Discreet Presence at an Exclusive Cocktail Evening
For a cocktail evening hosted by the international luxury fashion house PRADA, we were on site with six talents – with clear demands on structure, presence and atmosphere.

Two talents handled guest check-in at the entrance. They welcomed the guests, cross-checked invitations against the guest list and made sure admission was clearly organised. Because this is where it counts – the welcome sets the tone for the entire evening. When that moment is precisely coordinated, orientation and calm follow immediately, for guests and for the organising team alike.
Cloakroom service
Two more talents looked after the cloakroom. They took coats and bags, managed their return in a structured way and kept track even when many guests arrived at once. An efficiently run cloakroom means arrival and departure both go smoothly.
Guest management in the event area
In the event area itself, two talents supported guest management. They were available as points of contact, helped with orientation and coordinated situational adjustments with the on-site team. Presence, attentiveness and an assured manner were decisive here!
