Terms of Use

§ 1 Scope

These terms of use govern the use of the platform www.toget.de ("Platform") operated by TOGET (sole proprietorship, owner Tessa Hövel, Königsallee 14, 40212 Düsseldorf). They apply to all users – both clients (customers) and freelancers (brand ambassadors, hostesses, models and other brand ambassadors).

The General Terms and Conditions (GTC) and the Privacy Policy apply supplementarily. By registering and using the platform, you agree to these terms of use, the GTC and the privacy policy.

§ 2 Authorization to Use

The platform may only be used by persons of legal age with full legal capacity. When registering, you must provide truthful and complete information. You are responsible for keeping your access credentials confidential and are liable for all actions taken under your account.

TOGET reserves the right to exclude users from the platform in case of violations of these terms of use.

§ 3 Purpose of Use

The platform serves the placement of brand ambassadors between companies and freelancers. It may only be used for this purpose. Commercial use of the platform's content or data outside the intended scope is prohibited.

It is prohibited to use the platform for illegal purposes, to distribute harmful content, or to impair the platform's functionality.

§ 4 User Content

You are responsible for all content you post on the platform (profiles, photos, texts, applications). You ensure that you hold all necessary rights and do not infringe upon third-party rights.

TOGET reserves the right to review, edit or remove content that violates these terms of use or applicable law.

§ 5 Data Protection

The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with the privacy policy at /datenschutz. By registering and using the platform, you agree to the privacy policy.

§ 6 Amendments

TOGET is entitled to amend these terms of use. Users will be notified of changes, which are deemed accepted if the user continues to use the platform after notification or does not object within 14 days.
