VIP Hospitality on the Summer Terrace: A Private Bank at the Grand Meeting Classic Days

From 31 July to 2 August 2026, TOGET talents looked after the invited guests of a renowned private bank on the summer terrace of the manor house at the Grand Meeting classic car festival – discreet, attentive and consistent across all three days.

The summer terrace as an exclusive retreat

The summer terrace next to the manor house was the bank's private area in the middle of the festival grounds. Tables dressed in white, parasols and a clearly defined guest area created a calm retreat away from the bustle. Our talents prepared the terrace every morning, kept an eye on the tables and seating throughout the day and made sure the area felt welcoming at all times.

Discretion above all

On an assignment for a private bank, restraint matters just as much as presence. Conversations between guests and advisors stay between them – our talents were there when they were needed and stepped into the background when the moment called for it. No listening in, no photos, no names: for this team, discretion was not a rule on a briefing sheet but a basic attitude across all three days.

Welcome and personal guest care

At the entrance to the terrace, our talents welcomed the invited guests and personally accompanied them to their seats. Many guests returned several times over the three days – which made it all the more important to recognise faces and pick up where the last conversation left off. That is exactly what creates the feeling of being expected.

Beverage and bar service

At the bar and across the terrace, our team handled the beverage service: a cold drink on arrival, refills without being asked and a bar and table area that stayed tidy throughout. In midsummer temperatures that meant one thing above all – staying attentive before the guest has to ask.

Attention to detail

Flower arrangements on the standing tables, caps and sunscreen laid out for guests, festival magazines on display: the small things made time on the terrace comfortable. Our talents kept these details consistent across three days – refilled, straightened, fresh. Because an area that still looks the same on day three as it did on day one is no coincidence.

The Classic Days as a backdrop

Classic cars and racing legends pulled up around the terrace while the Grand Meeting celebrated its anniversary edition. For our talents that meant an environment with high visibility, prominent guests and changing routines. All the more reason to have a team that adapts quickly to new situations without losing its composure.

Conclusion

The assignment for the private bank at the Classic Days shows what matters in multi-day VIP hospitality: a well-rehearsed team, a groomed and consistent appearance, genuine hospitality and the ability to be invisible at the right moment. It is exactly this combination that turns a service team into a host you can entrust your guests to!
